Set in Gibson Fine Art Gallery in Calgary, it is a journey — delivered over three‑acts - where food, setting,
and a truly unique program come together to create an unforgettable experience. The evening is designed
to provide insights, spark meaningful dialogue, and leave a lasting impression. Guests are welcomed in the ‘lobby area’ with a glass of cava and hors d’oeuvres, prepared by Mark, to get the show started.
